Since it's inception in April 2017, The Livelihood Planner Specialist Center Inc. (LPSCI) has been committed to provide the highest quality, needs-based training interventions to clients, both locally and internationally.
We are 100% economic empowerment company, driven by our team's passion for education, training, development and commitment to excellent service.
LPSCI is a private institution duly recognized and authorized by TESDA to implement programs approved by it's regulating bodies. We provide leadership and management programs for corporate, government and local communities.

Our People
We employ a core team of exceptional individuals and draw on a wide array of professional associates and support personnel on as needed basis. LPSCI has a diverse human resource capacity that consists of individuals that have worked on international, national and local levels with proven track records of delivery in the education, training and development programs through private and non-governmental sectors. Within our pool of professionals are people that have worked extensively. It should be noted that our staff and associates comes from a host o'f backgrounds including national and local government, business and civil society organizations.

As part of our commitment to social development, LPSCI has initiated it's "Leaders for the Future Youth Development Project" which aims to build leadership. Our Higher Education and Training Certificate: Development Practices forms the cornerstone for our interventions in this regard.

Courses
Shielded Metal Arc Welding
(SMAW NCI)
Nominal duration: 268 hours
Course description: This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as Setting-up of Welding Equipment, Preparing Welding Materials, Fitting Up Weld Materials, Welding Carbon Steel Plates using SMAW Process and Repairing welds.
Course Outcomes: At the end of this course, the students will be able to:
- Weld carbon steel plates components using SMAW process.
- Read Blue Print.
- Fit up weld joints.
- Prepare weld materials.
- Set-up welding machines.
- Do repair of welds.
Requirements: Students wishing to gain entry into this course should posses the following requirements:
- Can communicate either oral or written.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- With good moral character.
- Can perform basic math computation.

- Can communicate either oral or written.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- With good moral character.
- Can perform basic math computation.
NIHONGO
LPSCI Nihongo Basic I (30 hours)
- Introduces basic expressions, sentence patterns and useful vocabulary needed to conduct daily communication.
LPSCI Nihongo Basic II (80 hours)
- Course for students who finished Nihongo Basic I. Introduces more grammar, additional sentence patterns and vocabularies.
LPSCI Nihongo N5 - JLPT (160 hours)
- Course for students who finished Nihongo Basic II. Will introduce students to Intermediate level of Japanese grammar, vocabulary and Kanji.
LPSCI Nihongo N4 - JLPT (320 hours)
- Course for students who finished Nihongo N5. Students who completed this course are expected to reach Japanese proficiency.
